  • Distance — the total distance of the route in kilometers.
  • Fuel consumption — the average fuel consumption of the vehicle in liters per 100 km.
  • Fuel price — the cost of one liter of fuel.
  • Tolls — the amount of additional costs for toll roads, bridges, tunnels, ferries, etc.
  • Insurance — the cost of cargo, vehicle insurance and other types of insurance (green card, T1, etc.).

Fuel Cost = (Distance * Fuel Cost / 100) * Fuel Price

Costs per % of Transportation:

Costs per Percentage of Transportation = (Transportation Cost * Percentage) / 100

Total Costs:

Total Costs = Fuel Cost + Tolls + Insurance + Additional Costs + Driver's Wages + Driver's Per Diem + Costs per Percentage of Transportation

Transportation Profit:

Profit = Transportation Cost - Total Costs
