Logistics calculator: quick calculation of transportation costs

This calculator will help you determine the total cost of transportation, including all basic costs, as well as earn profit from the order.

📝 What to enter

• Transportation cost — the total amount that the customer is willing to pay for transportation.
• Distance — the total distance of the route in kilometers.
• Fuel consumption — the average fuel consumption of the vehicle in liters per 100 km.
• Fuel price — the cost of one liter of fuel.
• Tolls — the amount of additional costs for toll roads, bridges, tunnels, ferries, etc.
• Insurance — the cost of cargo, vehicle insurance and other types of insurance (green card, T1, etc.).
• Additional costs — other costs, such as vehicle depreciation, taxes, loading/unloading costs, etc.
• Driver's salary — the total amount that must be paid to the driver.
• Driver's daily allowance — expenses for accommodation, meals and other daily needs of the driver.
• % of transportation — percentage of commission or additional charges from the total cost of transportation.

Costs per % of Transportation:

Total Costs:

Total Costs = Fuel Cost + Tolls + Insurance + Additional Costs + Driver's Wages + Driver's Per Diem + Costs per Percentage of Transportation

Transportation Profit:

Profit = Transportation Cost - Total Costs
