Logistics Calculator: Quick Transport Cost Estimation

This calculator helps you determine the total cost of transportation, including all major expenses, and also calculate the profit from the order.

📝 What to enter

• Shipping cost — total amount the client is willing to pay for the transportation.
• Distance — total route distance in kilometers.
• Fuel consumption — average fuel consumption of the vehicle in liters per 100 km.
• Fuel price — price per liter of fuel.
• Toll fees — additional costs for toll roads, bridges, tunnels, ferries, etc.
• Insurance — expenses for cargo insurance, vehicle insurance, and other types (green card, T1, etc.).
• Additional expenses — other costs like vehicle depreciation, taxes, loading/unloading, etc.
• Driver's salary — total amount to be paid to the driver.
• Driver’s per diem — expenses for lodging, meals, and daily needs.
• % of shipping — commission or extra charges as a percentage of the total shipping cost.

📊 Formulas

Fuel cost:

Fuel cost = (Distance * Fuel consumption / 100) * Fuel price

Percentage fee:

Percentage cost = (Shipping cost * Percentage) / 100

Total expenses:

Total expenses = Fuel cost + Toll fees + Insurance + Additional expenses + Driver's salary + Per diem + Percentage cost

Profit:

Profit = Shipping cost – Total expenses
