Review policy on the SAMO-TRANS platform

Rules for publishing reviews and replies on the SAMO-TRANS platform Edition of 05.08.2026

These Rules form an integral part of the User Agreement and set out how reviews of companies are posted on the Platform.

1. Who may leave reviews

1.1. Reviews may be added only by entrepreneurs or legal entities registered on the Platform.

1.2. Individuals and employees invited into a company account may not leave reviews.

1.3. One company may leave only one review about another company.

1.4. A company that has received a review may post one reply to it.

2. Content of a review

2.1. A review must relate to real experience of working together and contain verifiable facts or value judgements expressed in appropriate terms.

2.2. A review or reply is rejected if it contains:

  • obscene language, insults, threats, incitement to violence, discrimination;
  • contact details (phone, email, links, messengers, bank details);
  • advertising of third-party services;
  • personal data of third parties;
  • knowingly false statements;
  • information unrelated to working with the company.

2.3. The author of a review is solely and fully responsible for its content, in particular for the accuracy of the facts stated and for respecting third parties' rights.

3. Moderation

3.1. All reviews and replies are checked by a moderator before publication.

3.2. The check is formal: it concerns compliance with these Rules and is not confirmation that the information in the review is accurate. The Administration does not verify the facts of cooperation between companies and is not the author of reviews.

3.3. The Administration may reject, hide or delete a review or reply that breaches these Rules, the User Agreement or the law, including after publication and without giving reasons.

3.4. The moderator makes the final decision on publication. The review period is up to 5 business days.

4. Challenging a review

4.1. If you believe a review of your company is inaccurate or breaches these Rules, send a reasoned request to [email protected] stating: the company name, a link to the review, the substance of your objections and, if available, supporting documents.

4.2. The review period is 14 calendar days. Following the review, the review may be left unchanged, hidden or deleted. The Administration's decision is final.

4.3. Disputes about the content of a review are resolved between its author and the company concerned. The Administration is not a party to such a dispute.

5. Company rating

5.1. The account score is calculated automatically as the arithmetic mean of the ratings of all published reviews.

5.2. The rating is indicative only and reflects the subjective assessments of other Users. It is not a guarantee of a company's reliability, solvency or service quality, and the Administration is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it.

5.3. The Administration may exclude from the rating reviews showing signs of manipulation, collusion or other abuse.

6. Changes to these Rules

6.1. The Administration may amend these Rules at any time. Changes take effect once published on the Platform.

6.2. These Rules are drawn up in Ukrainian. Where versions in other languages exist, the Ukrainian version prevails.
