Review Policy on SAMO-TRANS Platform

General Rules:

Who Can Leave Reviews:

• Only Entrepreneurs or Legal Entities are allowed to leave reviews.
• Individuals and invited employees are not permitted to leave reviews.

Review Uniqueness:

• One company may leave only one unique review per another company.

Replying to Reviews:

• The reviewed company can respond to the received review.

Moderation:

• All reviews and replies are moderated before publication.
• A review or reply may be rejected if:   * It contains prohibited content or offensive language.   * It includes any contact information (phone, email, links, etc.).
• Final decision lies with the moderator.
• The platform reserves the right to delete any review or reply violating the rules.

Policy Changes:

• The Samo-Trans administration may change the policy at any time.
• Changes take effect once published.

User Rating Calculation:

Account Score:

• Calculated as the average of all received review scores.
• Reflects the company's trust level.
